TECHNIA Expand MBSE Business with the Acquisition of Key Performance

TECHNIA, the Virtual Twin Expert Partner, announced today that they have acquired Key Performance – a Dassault Systèmes specialized solution provider operating in North America and Europe.
Key Performance are largely focused on providing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) consultancy, software, training, and certification to North American and European industries, using CATIA No Magic solutions for standard-based systems modeling, analysis, design, and simulation.
This acquisition bolsters and expands TECHNIA’s offering as a global provider of Virtual Twin and PLM software, services, training, and support, adding significant value potential for new and existing customers looking to invest in Model Based Enterprise and MBSE strategy.
