BudSoft Joins TECHNIA Simulation Centre of Excellence

TECHNIA, the #1 knowledge leaders in PLM and Engineering, announced today that they have acquired BudSoft, a Polish leader in advanced simulation with more than 25 years of experience in industrial applications of Simulation in areas such as Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Equipment, Civil Engineering, and, Energy, Process & Utility.

BudSoft have been partners to Dassault Systèmes for over a decade, offering the full suite of SIMULIA products alongside expert training and support. BudSoft also have a long-standing partnership with Scanscot Technology – acquired by TECHNIA in November 2020 – to provide training, support and services related to the Abaqus/SIMULIA-based standalone software suite for simulation of bridges and civil infrastructure, BRIGADE.

This acquisition bolsters and expands TECHNIA’s offering as a global provider of premium simulation software, services, training, and support through the TECHNIA Simulation Centre of Excellence. Additionally, it strengthens TECHNIA’s ability to support global companies with HQs or branches in Poland.
